it is very possibly a scam - i personally use 'tracking emails' (emails i use to track specific activities/people so i know whats up when something is sent to that email) and i know where that email has been...I got an email to one of these trackign emails, about this 'game' -- it is shady.
plus its in bad taste...

plus if MgM ever sees the site, they're breaking all sorts of copyright/patent/use laws
