I just received this message:
XXX bartyparty XXX has set Peace with your entire alliance membership. 01:38 reply delete save

Someone declared peace with my alliance, buth I'm not in an alliance

It does say, on his profile:
Relation (yours/theirs) Neutral / Peace

Is this a bug of some sort?

Someone declaring peace to all non-aligned people again..
This one is fixed (or would be) after the coming updates.

It happens, when someone sets another persons alliance to peace, but they no longer have an alliance. So there alliance is no alliance (Alliance=0), therefore ALL people without and alliance will have this person setting them to peace
