Anyway declaring this.
Since you took one of my atk planets and it will now
cost me 10.4T to rebuild everything to its form state and well
I doubt you will pay me back ...
I hope to keep this a 1 vs 1 with you
as for rules I guess none ,since I doubt you will follow any of them
although if you would like you can suggest something and depending on my mood ,we will see...
ps if you wanted a 1 vs 1 with me just pm me I'm more than up for it
