say in quantum i wanna trade turns for 1/2 $20 suporter status will i get SS and be able to trade stuff?

Yes.
And I may be presuming based on your forum reg, but remember that in q. you cannot manufacture enough turns to get SS, you will have to shell out the $$$ or trade for more turns.
You 'could' do it with naq of course.

you'd have to trade for TWO 1/2 of SS.
but yeah, i'm pretty sure you got the concept.
