Surveys

You can get it for yourself, or others (with their ID).

You need to remove this, this can be far to easy to exploit, all you have to do it get a random dead account, put there ID in do survey farm the NAQ, then times that by 1000 dead accounts, you get the idea,

Make it that Surveys can only benefit you, not someone else you can farm.

Also $$ sellers could really exploit it, use dead account, farm naq sell for $$.

*********

NOX

It now auto removes at 240 attack turns, no warning given, can you reset it and put it back on, or does it auto remove for 24 hours?? Can it be taken off to mass someone then put back on, so they cannot mass you back??

Can it be made that if you use 240 attack turns in any 24 hours, NOX is removed, if you are not on NOX you cannot activate it for 24 hours....

HOUSES

Houses, i still think and most do going from the other topic that its not a good idea, its going to divide an already stretched game, houses should have been Empires without bonuses,

Houses should not have an auto setting, this will limit who you can and cannot hit etc,

Hopefully you will take note and if this fails you will remove the house idea, you should never have added more bonuses to a game that was already full of them.

Planets

I think income planets need a small boost, the other planets give a far better return for NAQ over income planets.

One thing that should be removed is the inability to attack members of the same house. It is a vital tactic to farm your own allies during war times to keep your resources out of enemy hands.

this is the cost of being in a house...
if you NEED to attack your own alliance, you do not need to join a house :)
people say the houses -if they give bonuses- should also give negatives. auto peace within house, and auto-2-way-war with opposite house, are 2 of such possible 'costs' of the bonus/house :)

Or instead of removing it, how about any naq or resources you gain from surveys goes straight in to your bank. That way if you do a survey for another account then it will go straight in their bank rather than the open.

Although what is concerning is what if multies set up loads of accounts and do surveys for one main account?

so the cost is also the increased difficulty in maintaining non-house relations?
that one is gonna be fun :P

Great... now we're playing GatePolitics. I deal with enough politics in real life wondering about the status of unemployment benefits. The last thing I want to do is deal with them in a frickin' game.

i try to offer options, choices and variable paths. if one option does not suit, maybe another option?

"LONE WOLF
With more and more benefit for alliances, and houses (which require alliance), the person in no alliance, thus no house, will receive a 'i am so tough i fight alone like chuck norris' bonus of 10% to natural DEFENSE and COVERT. This is ontop of any commander/no commander/own commander bonuses, and deals specificly with alliance or no alliance. "

and on the surveys - pretty sure i do bank it, and also the company limits the amount a person can do in any given time....

Any chance of getting that lone wolf bonus reduced a little as it's mighty big!

its littler here: http://herebegames.com/files/file.php?u=1001&id=81010&albumID=53 --and not at all scary :)

but - in reality, its not so big. alliances have many bonuses both hard and soft...lone wolf deserves something to go it alone!

Don't get the point of these surveys really.

Any chance of alliance leader being able to buy the option to attack others in the same house?

EDIT: Also could the planets you can lose per day be increased to amount of duals you have, with minimum being one? That way if someone forgets to merlin his duals you can still take them all, if it's like now those that will have multiple duals (again it will be a lot cheaper for them to maintain it with these new updates as it is) will basically risk losing only 1 merlin as they'll surely login within 8 hours to merlin it. So instead of a fix, 1 planet per 8 hours, that many planets per 8 hours as you have duals (doesn't matter if they're merlined or not) - if you have 5 duals you can lose 5 planets in 8 hours, if you have 3 duals you can lose 3 planets in 8 hours, if you don't have any dual - you can lose only 1 planet per 8 hours. Should balance things a bit and add a negative side for those that have multiple duals as well.

At first I hated these updates now I just want to get on with them :)

I am hoping the changes will invigorate some interest in the game for those who have been playing a long time.

Provided our feedback is evaluated when we go live, we should be able to iron out any major flaws in the first few weeks.
