Mothership power bug?

My mother ship was 1.4t total power. i log in today and ive been hit. i repair my mothership back to full, bank, and then i see that with all slots trained my MS is 1.344 t in total power.
i havent lost any number of slots, they are all maxed out in weapons and shields.
yet MS power seems to have gone down.
