It will (in theroy) help support the game by allowing players that would not normally part with their hard earned money to contribute in their own different way. That money will go to improving the gaming experience for all while players are rewarded with ingame resources. Great!

While surveys for naq is a great idea and I personally do surveys for cash and there are a few pit falls to avoid. Payout times can be very long (weeks and even months) and players might expect a quicker turn-a-round. Some surveys dont payout at all and that can all be very frustrating.

I think its important to keep the players informed and updated if this is to work at all. What i mean is :
Is the request pending authorisation?
Has GateWars been credited and u will recieve payment within....?
And how will we be updated? Can we be notified via ingame messages?
How can will we receive the Naq (just lands in the bank or accepted like a broker?)
Can we have a forum to discuss which surveys to avoid, which are likely to payout and how long it takes to complete a particular survey?

Lots of questions but i really do hope this new feature works. Its make or break time.

i have posted a few times regarding the survey, I completed three last night and so far no sign of any naq, I picked the ones that say you will receive your naq within the hour etc. and as i say nothing yet although i have had over 25 e mails form the company about mroe surveys. I assume that it was checked out before this was put on and the time scale involved in getting paid out. I e mailed the offerpal people to see what has happened but they arent much help either they say check with the company i done the survey with

Interesting. Ive just tried to click on a few myself. Some just didnt work and others just went to a generic looking logon site.

Im a little confused. Did u have to fill in you email address and other details to get access to the surveys? Do we have to use the same email address that we use for GateWars for the sites?

Some of them don't load for me.....others say they don't want my country doing the survey.....but some work, ie:

I didn't even do a survey, just registered and confirmed my email address....

... I did a survey (about 15 minutes) only for it to come to the end and say I'm not the sort of person they are looking for... 15 minutes... and they slap me in the face afterwards!

the ones i have done u have to fill out all your details, name, address etc. then do the survey and for me thats as far as it goes,

what survey did you get the naq for ?

You can click on "Missing Billion Naquadah" to see the status of your surveys and the 'Billion Naquadah' you're supposed to receive.

Implying that when I complete my surveys, they'll say "completed", and the 'Billion Naquadah' will be transferred to my account's bank. Within '1-2 days' and 'Normally within an hour'. Varies per survey.

i has a female only survey i think im going to go the fem side looks more naq there LOL

some "surveys" actually just require you to register ;-)

But do you earn more naq if you do more surveys for the same company after registering or is it a one-off?

That's obvious. The study has specific requirements, for example the one CC mentioned, female only. It knows where you log in from. If you're not from the designated area of their selection, you're out.

That's the bad part of having a 3rd party do it. Then again, doing it as 1st party would lead to all sorts of legal issues for the Jman.

Indeed. A couple paid out straight away.....no word from a couple....a couple don't load and another few don't want me.....

And one makes you give a valid phone number or address before it'll let you move on....I gave it my college's - they love spam
