Total income bug

so my total income as per the new income calc
x 1.1 for no commander = 15,416,864,069
x 0.90 due to officer rate of 10 = 13,875,177,662
however, i have no officers.....

is your income actually 13 or 15b? This may just be a display error.

i have no CO, and i only get 13 bil/turn
