I can set officer tax at w/e I want it, and I still get max naqs. If I click the link to check naq break down, it resets to what it should be. and then goes back to giving me all naqs again at turn.

what happens to your UP...?

and your officer(s) production rates?

UP goes to where it should be, and it looks like officers still get what they should, but I still get the naq like it was set at 0
