it says i cannot recieve stuff because i am "inactive"

it also says i am too young for a commander

i never ever have heard of a problem like that

what did it say when you tried to get a commander

you are still young in the cosmos and stuff

if it did wait till your in the top 10k to join and then join lord sauron
