error when attacking please read before you lock it

I get this error when im attacking people, Im playing in perg...
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /game/stargame/stargatewars.com/attack2.php on line 1313.
i have tried a few players in different ranks and its the same error for everyone so far.Before you direct me to the other error post like before, this is a totally different message and mines happens with all players i try attacking so instead of locking my message and directing me to another post can you try and look at this one please.
