two problems

I contacted the administrator and he suggested me in an email a few minutes ago that I should talk to the Ombudsman about both issues. As the administrator told me to go for the ombudsmans I would be glad if the moderators wouldn't delete or hid this thread as you did with the previous one. Thank you.

The first one. I quote my e-mail to the admin:

I have been banned from the forums. I created another account to make reply somewhere in the talk to the mods direct forum. I complained there about my ban, but the thread was deleted, hid or moved as I do not see it now. Of course my second account got banned, but that is understandable. I wrote to you, because I wish to tell you the exact thing I posted on the forum after I get banned.

Warning issued. You are displaying the intention of a personal attack through words which are, by themselves, not warnable. Your attitude towards Earendil in general however, is.

This decision doesn't make sense. The "popularity" of my persona on these forums should not effect the moderators' decisions about my actions or replies.

While many spam in my threads, many insults has not dealt with while both Juilette and Joel read those threads, I get a warning after such a reply. While others have not been warned not even modded when they called me or my friends "idiot" in my war threads in the past 1-2 weeks, I got a warning after such a joke when I did not even call name on anyone.

This is my second e-mail to you. Looks like this is a busy day lol. I get an ingame PM from a player called Apophis. The PM was quite abusive or what's it called in english. It was full with swearings. Please do something with the sender. The message:

My ingame name is: ~Sokar~
My ID is: 1943657

Since than he repeated this. His second PM:

I do hope the Ombudsmans will solve my problems or will help me in that.

Just a few useful pieces of advice that would have been closer to protocol.

1. Do not swear, if you put the words in as they are written it will appear *filtered* but mods and admins can still see the actual content.

2. You should have had a friend post on your behalf, the way you have done it is ban evasion which is against forum rules.

Sokar, the messages you get from people ingame has nothing to do with the forums or the staff. Game Admins will not do anything about ingame messages because there is an option to deal with it yourself. It is called blacklist. So simple solution, blacklist Apophis and anyone else ingame that sends you such messages. That's that problem sorted.

You haven't just used this forum account to debate your banning and warnings because you have used it to continue your dribble in the Vendetta Corner.

Whatever you get PM'd ingame or via other method which is not in public forums it is your responsibility for the content and not the person that originally sent it to you if you post it on public forums. Therefore you continue to break forum rules whilst evading a ban.

So really you only have 1 problem, and that is the first one you mentioned.

Apophis, cool down. he won't edit it because he believes it's part of his argument, which actually Ombudsman can't assist with.

Ombudsman will surely edit the posts themselves and issue whatever punishment they see fit. best thing you can do Apophis is report the posts that break rules so that the Ombudsman can see them immediately and handle them.

There is no point getting wound up because that is what Sokar wants. So let this be handled by the Ombudsman. We don't need any good guys being warned or banned because of one individual.

I recommend this thread be left for the Ombudsman.
