FireFox 4.0 Beta 1

Anyone trying out this?
Silly thing prevents the windows task bar from popping up when in auto-hide mode.
I hear IE 9 will be in public beta soon too.
Normally I don't do Beta software, but meh thought i'd give it a go.

I'm on it right now and ... there are some good things but it's like someone chopped the top off maybe I'm just dumb lol. My Bookmark Toolbar isn't showing and there aren't minimize/maximize/close in the corner so I can't move the window it's quite dumb.

The tabs are at the top of the window as opposed to below everything else... and I don't like it I don't think >_>

As I suspected, I am dumb, and can all be changed under customize
it's like Firefox 3.6.6. except in Windows 7 the it makes each tab a window under the Firefox Icon in your taskbar, cool.

Tried it, hate it, ditched it. If this is 'the future', it sucks.
Still better than Chrome though. But then again.. my dishwasher is a better browser than Chrome.

Probably wait for the real release, to lazy to try the beta.

Gmail with a browser that is supported."

a well placed dislike too. riddled with security holes, etc etc....

with Opera there was an issue with this, it was impossible to change it in the browser's settings, so I moved back to FireFox 3.x. however they then released an update which solved this..... back to Opera for me.
if it cant represent individual windows in the taskbar as opposed to tabs in the taskbar, I'm not interested. if they don't provide the option to change it, I'm DEFINITELY not interested. and if they make everything so minimalistic that it compromises useability..... well...... nails.... coffin...... you get my point.
