can anyone tell me a safe and decent emulator for GBA and/or Nintendo DS for PC (windows XP)

for a GBA
use virtual boy advance
as for a DS, last one i tried was a bit buggy to use and i cant remember the name very well.

got a bug off the one i tried my laptop is stuffed. cant use nearly anything, except basically the net.
