I cant log into my account plz help

Hi
My ingame name is VirusJC I cant remember my account id. I logged in today and I changed my email address from
juan@camundanet.com to
juan.cirino@utopixnetworks.com and I never received the email with the new password. I also tried going to Forgot Login typing in my new email and nothing.
The only thing I received was to my old email account a mail saying my mail changed to
juan.cirino@utopixnetworks.com and that the new password would be sent there but nothing. PLZ help

hmm did u check the junk mail of your new e-mail?
make sure the e-mail u changed is correct in every way.
wait a little bit sometimes their servers expirience major lag.
or message game admin and ask him to do something for you eg change e-mail back or something.

Thanks mate, yeah I checked spam and nothing its really strange I did this about 30 minutes ago and nothing..
Iam going to send an email to admin cause I think there might be problem.

I just sent and email to
gameadmin@StarGateWars.com I hope he can fix it cause I dont remember what time my ppt is going to end today.

It is known that sometimes the mail (on either the serverside or the mailprovider-side) is delayed with the users. Please have patience, if this situation continues without an email coming this will moved. So please, have some patience.

I hope it gets solved I still havent recived any email I have another email option if that email for what ever reason doesnt work but it should... I get off ppt in aprox 2 hours I hope to god its solved by then

Still no reply from any one.. Is any admin around!! who is going to fix my account after 2 days of not being able to log in!!! because of a bug

did you email
urgent@gatewars.com and/or
support@gatewars.com?
Also it's Admin meet today, maybe some nice fella can speak to him direct for you.

But it be nice if an admin would should up in the forum or respond to mails. Hell this happend because of a bug not something I did the least they could do is help me out
