I've just made prior and I don't understand anything from the ascended server. Isn't there a guide around?
What should I do? It seems I can't attack anyone cause I'm not in range? How does that work? And what's with the power ups? The physical realms option? Do those affect the main account? If so how? I've got so many questions... if someone has the time can you please help me. Thanks:)

go on the newbie/faq forum, i believe there are some ascended guides there.

There was a guide somewhere, I think it was removed as it was slightly dated due to it being before the major ascended revamp that it was for...

Anywho I took a quick look around and didn't see it, even my feeble attempts at searching returned nothing really

OK well a few simple quick steps to get you going, you're going to need to get your army size up, to do this you need to get your charisma up (under powerup ) and buy cosmic exploration fleets (cosmic development ). This should get you to within a range of being able to hit accounts soon enough.

I have found a guide on the forum and learned a lot from it, but I still don't know what some power ups do..

They improve your Total Offensive Capacity (TOC) so you can descend more people.
They improve your defence against incoming descention attacks.

Descention: If you are descended, your ascended account is forced into some sort of a 2-week-long vacation: you can't grow, produce income, take any action or be targeted for any action. During this 2 weeks your main account will also suffer: you have no ascended stat bonus or ascended blessing while you are descended.

It's like killing a monster in other RPGs; you use a weapon to destroy the target's HP. On ascended, the weapon is called the TOC, and the HP is called Ascended Life Force Reserves.

yeh, the guide is ever so slightly out of date

im planning to do a revamp of the FAQ/guide any help would be appreciated

Since you just ascended nobody can descend you for 60 days.

do you get more dmu if you declare war to your target and if so what's the percentage if it is known. Thanks

on ascended declaring war doesn't really help its best to sell weapons before turn change then rebuy them after when your rank is less eg from 1k -3k ur % of sucessful hits + more DMU increases
