Technically in the UK what most people call policeman ( and the pointless politically correct idiots have rebranded Police officer so as not to discriminate between man and women even though the man part is clearly generic in the same way the word mankind means all people regardless of gender ), is actually a Police Constable, the lowest rank and most commonly seen policeman on the streets.

Personally from my own experience I would say there is a big difference between a male and female Police Constables ( apart from the obvious physical difference ). Female Police Constables tend to either be genuine do-gooders or women who feel the need to compete and prove themselves in a historically male profession, where as male Police Constables tend to be bullies on a power trip, people who if they weren't in the police force would probably be violent criminals.

read the PNAC report, MIAC report and state memorandum 200, to name but 3.. these are American documents BUT, they are being implemented in EVERY single western country without exception. the Brits are masters at keeping tight lipped, so its harder to find the British equivalent of these American documents but they do exist.
i had all these documents on PDF but lost them all a couple weeks back when my PC finally gave up the ghost and blew up...i have been using my sons PC till i can afford to replace mine.


look at the police, take a good long hard look and take in their appearance, who do you think they have been militarised for, some turban wearing Muslim bogeyman hiding in a cave in some country most couldn't find on a map?
go onto Youtube and watch the footage of the police sound cannoning Civis at the Pittsburgh G20 last year. research how the police locked down the city and let loose the police dogs on students and old people who were on campus or out shopping. how they chased people down the streets for simply protesting....

but i know for a fact you wont wade through thousands of Govt documents to read for yourself what i've already told you.

couldnt agree more, however, when the Govt puts out a white paper, or as in the yanks case, they have a man (John P Holdren) who wrote a book with 2 other authors in the 70's called Ecoscience outlining how they will dump chemicals on the people, use food and war as weapons to take away our rights, dumb us down with chemicals in the water, and kill us amongst just a few things of what they are planning, and then this same person is hired as Obamas science Tzar, who just last year, then gives an interview on mainstream TV with this very book prominently positioned just behind the authors head visible for all to see, then people better start taking notice of just who these so called leaders are and what they have been saying, doing and promoting their whole lives.

If he said, these documents say this, 'direct quote and source' that is more agreeable.

Not true mate, read my post above, the difference is the different reasons/intentions men and women have for signing up to the Police Force.

Despite the political correctness BS, I would say the majority of women join the police because of good intentions or trying to prove themselves as equal to men, and the majority of men join because of negative personality traits.



ps Not saying that women have less value then men, but we are not equal, mental and physical differences mean men and women have difference potentials in difference things, I personally from 18 years working have found women make far better managers and team leaders.
