Pretty much I'll fill you in without insults. He vultured during a war. I massed him. He spammed my inbox with inappropiate messages. Demise (Also in my alliance) massed him. We didn't have an online battle because he refused each time.

Actually. I offered a 1vs4 numerous times. Me vs your whole alliance which you denied.
