So there shouldn't be a problem and i don't really liked losing naq.

The amount of miners didn't change i just logged off. in the morning Log back in to see the RED. when i clicked the bank it when away.
I will test it out later by putting a Known number in my bank, aka something even.

so I think it's more of an erroneous message display than anything else...

That happens for a few moments on turn change.

Despite the red text there is no leaking happening. I assume it takes a few moments between calculating "raw" bank size and calculating the real bank size (including bonuses). During that period the red text appears.
