The USS bonus that gives ascension without losses is too much.
It gives too big of a bonus, and is completely unfair to those that don't have money to blow.
All this game is about now is money, and don't tell me I haven't been around long enough to know.
I started SGW in 2005, which is longer than most of you here have been playing.
As a player that loves --edit: loved Quantum, and has played since era 3, I hereby quit.

You don't need RL money to get USS. True most people get it from RL but there're some of us that don't.

See this dichotomy between cross server trading and uss trading has always bothered me. Cross server trading is generally despised in quantum; that is, trading resources in main for resources in quantum. Yet it's perfectly acceptable to work over on your main account, sell resources there for $$, then come onto Q and use those $$ to buy USS. I know there is a small significant difference between those two, in that the Q resources you are getting are from Forum as opposed to Joe Public. Also you can sometimes catch people for cross server trading and feeding and you can't police buying of USS. Still though, it sometimes feels like we are drawing an imaginary line between what we find acceptable and what we find unacceptable in this game.

Yes you can buy it with main resources - something that I tried to stop as well because I didn't like it much, but it was said that it's ok so I adapted. I do my best, however, to buy USSs with Quantum resources which I have done in the past and did so now and will continue to do so

Agree with ML, the lines keep getting blurred, and the slope gets slippery-er... HAHA
One thing that is constant, without some sort of support these games would certainly die off...
(Then a pathetic and dejected Affy would have to go in the freezer, find his old 'pork-chop' necklace, thaw it out, and place it back around his neck so at least the Dog would play with him...
)
