um im switching accounts with a friend. im getting his old one. so when i do, ill need to log back into my other account to put it on vac mode.
which email address do i send to admin about this. so i dont get banned for multi?

You don't need to email admin about it. You have a 24hr window (i think) when trading accounts. As long as you just log in to it and vac it that's fine, you won't get banned for that. I did tell your friend this already i'm sure of it.

ok well i forgot i still had naq on planets there -_- so sold that an brokered it to a friend. to sent to my other account. anyhow thanks ill vac it once my friend accepts the trade then he can send it to my real account. cheers all
