The last few days (but not limited to) have been rather chaotic on the forums. I had a big part to play in that, but not a sole part. I acknowledge my part in it and that i was at times, childish, arrogant and many other things. Some times i was wrong, some times I was right. My behaviour at times is inexcusable, but never (well hardly ever) without reason.

The constant arguing and accusations is helping no situation, and frankly the users are fed up with it. i am fed up with it also.

I will make an effort from this point onwards not to complain so much, and to give constructive posts rather than picky ones.

I would however, in return, like such things from mods to cease:

I gave you the best advice one can give to someone in your position, just stop posting.

Mods to stop picking on me. There aren't many that do it, but I wish those that do to stop.

I know some people want me off the forums, but that ain't going to happen. So I propose to stop the high level of complaining that i do around here and just generally join in with the community as normal, but if I am to make an effort to cease all this nonsense I'd like to see mods such as above to cease picking at me.

Again, i apologise for my behaviour of recent times. There's not much more I can do besides apologise.

I hope you accept this apology.

That, and mods in general use different colours from their normal speak if they're speaking as a mod and not as a regular user.

You may be writing in non-mod colours but you might as well be writing in Blue colour there. You state you don't even bother with me as a Mod.

Oh, I got that. The point I was making is that a mod is a mod even when not posting formal content. If behaving as expected of a mod is too much, he can always resign. Hiding behind the technicallity of "posting as a user"? Well, that's just cowardice.
Not that it matters anyhow. "Users are expected to speak courteously" remember? So it's a classic "Damned if I do (well, am), Damned if I don't (well, am not)"

oh, WTH. What do I care? Just go ahead and make the forums an unwelcoming place for users. Will make the mods' job a lot easier.

As far as I'm concerned, genuine apologies don't come with conditions or justifications attached. This so-called apology is in the same vein as the ones you made shortly after you stopped being an admin; insincere, self-serving and half-hearted. I don't think you'll ever change.

and Mordack your right it might not have been a full fleged heart felt appology but whe you know your not the only one in the wrong it's hard to do a full flegged appology... so let it go guys all of you... Please the forum is dying... can't we try and save it...

I see you are your cheeful usual self Mordack. I'd just like to say that this thread was first off an apology for my recent behaviour (recent being last month or so). Second off it was a cease fire of hostilities on my own side against the Mods and Administration.

I intend to put 101% effort in to this.

Never at any point did I say that I will do this if, and only if I get something in return. It is a fact that several Mods have come to me recently and spoken to me about this, and it is my view that if they wish me to cool down that I should expect something similar from certain mods.

But I will say it again, never did I say I would do this IF I get something in return. So no, there are no conditions or ultimatums attached to this apology. It is simple an apology and a cease fire of hostilities on my side.

no need to apologize some mods deserve to be attacked and Clarkey is one of the only smart people that can dish out what u guys dish us. (us= forum users)

Thank you for your input in to my apology. I do however fail to see where i am begging for something in return. Anyway judge me in a month at the end of September when i will have shown you the other side of me.
