the main parts of the other thread is basically what is said above.
we just want to know if we can get them if they will be used for attack or defence or both, will they hold men , how much they cost, and how many differenct types of ships
after that main part its basically everyone dreaming of having a huge fleet of ships to rule all.

Ok sorry but I must have missed the other thread regarding this...

Would someone like to explain how exactly these 'Mother Ships' are going to be integrated into the game? :? Are they going to be an addition to the existing line up of weapons :?

Well, should those like me get their way, motherships (along with attack ships like F-302s and Death Gliders plus the possibility of an Al'kesh) will be like extra powerful, extra large, extra expensive weapons which require several people to opperate and are used for both attack and defense.

I don't think he can, yet.

Not yet decided. It takes a lot of tinkering to add this to the game, and the suggestions weren't very specific so there's a lot to be figured out. But whatever it's going to be, I bet it will be worth the wait.

I'm confused now. How did Crisp manage to write that without the tags doing their job...??

Is there any further info on the Motherships anyone can add?

It's actually very simple. There's a couple of checkboxes beneath the text box when posting. If you check the "disable BBcode" box, the tags will not work.

There's also a setting in your profile which you might want to set to "always allow BBcode" so the checkbox is unchecked on default.
