i dont think so he cant be

well he can't really do much when 1 of ur member shas lvl 37 covert xD so when in war do what u can.

theres no war. he was doing this when we were in war with Omega, during war with another alliances. He never came and declared war or vendeta.

Edit: to show us how brave he can fight, hes mostly picking smaller members or massed ones. Brave Rudy Pena aka Wrath of Achilles ... but Achilles was brave, fought like god. Rudy is fighting like girl
