i have a problem at it seems to happen alot with me hitting/spying on other people who have recently hit me

one guy hit hit me so i went to spie on him and it said the 5 time your size 1/5th thing

but im 15bil planets and he was 12 bil planets

so i did a blind hit and it said the same thing

i was rank 3,200 he was 149 i don't see how he can hit me and i can't hit him

Regardless of the message you get, it is due to the rank. But yes, it is a bug. You need to gain rank to hit them, or wait for the turn change. I remember this kept happening with me from time to time.

but still doesn't make any sence he hit so i went to hit back but couldn't this was in the same turn too
