I got warned for spamming your thread Rudy said so it was probably you replying to my post or something check your selling thread and see if any posts you made were removed and you'll know lol... not trying to spam here Ombudsman trying to help Lith out to find out how he got warned

I warned you Lith for spamming your sale thread by replying back to another spam post, even though it was reported as being spam. You still replied to the post knowing it was spam.

You reported the post for spamming, then replied to that post knowing it was reported for spam. You replied with spam, so the 2 users get warned.

I don't get how mine was spam I was telling him what I thought of his account the first one was and I got verbally warned so why was I warned for the second if I was just saying my input i've done it for hundreds of posts, no offense Rudy but I really don't see how what I said was spam

Just cause he made the thread, doesnt mean he can spam. He has to follow the forum rules too, just like everyone else or risk getting a warning.

Although a straight warning could be seen as excessive, if i understand this thread correctly Lithium reported a particular post in his thread as spam, he then proceeded to reply to that spam. Anyone who's anyone knows that replies to spam are going to be considered spam themselves.

The whole point of the reporting of spam posts is to get them cleaned out. You can't go thinking that if you reported a post as spam that it is ok if you reply to it because it will get moved anyway. He knowingly replied to spam as he reported it as spam in the first place.
