how is that figured? cause right now its actualy MORE then i make in 48 hours......
i thought it was always supposed to be like X turns worth of income or something like that

It's definitely based somewhat on income. 0 miners and 0 untrained = 0 cost for second ppt.

i dunno, i remember before it being like 1 days worth of income but earlier today looking at it, ended up being 2 days + a few turns income
just calculated it its right now EXACTLY 48 turns worth of income

Untrain all miners, buy 2x24 hours ppt (omg i bet its heaps cheaper), retrain all miners, enjoy lots of naq without the risk of getting farmed!
yay!
...if untrained UU gives lots of income this wave and still makes it expensive...train em as spies... yay!

Good Advice, always play with Miners, Realm Alert Status (Crit, None, etc.), and your Officers % Income whenever you are doing an Upgrade, or wanting to use Weekly Market Bonus to go on PPT. You might be surprised the difference a subtle change makes!!
