If I dont get warned for calling someone an idiot, why did I get warned for calling them stupid?

oh and what happens if the person is indeed "stupid" and I would simply be stating the obvious.. is that still warnable?

That wasn't the sole reason for your warning.

That would still be your own opinion of someone, and would therefore be you being offensive. Whether it's warnable or not is down to the Mods. But as you already know your warning was not just about the "stupid" remark.

Whether you think it's true or, doesn't matter... as Clarkey said. In addition this topic does not belong here, it should be "Talk to the Mods Direct" section as it's basically just a question about the enforcement of the rules.

In the case of that specific post in those specific circumstances? Yes.
