lost my asceded account is there any way to get it back

my ingame id from main is 41341 admin could u use that to get my username msn and pass on asceded?

Is your main username Bob the Dog? If so, then your ascended ID is 1962, username Evneu. To get the rest, just fill in
http://ascended.gatewars.com/forgotpass.php
