Cant log on to ascended

when i got my account i wasnt given the ascended account with it this was a long time ago but wasnt interested in playing it now i am grizzly the person who i got this account of says if i want the ascended then speak to admin.
so here it is my main i.d is 96950 and my main name is kynell some1 plz help
