is the alliance-wide bank increase supposed to increase a person's bank while they are on vac?
cos mine didnt

Have you given it a turn change or trained 1 miner since coming off vac? Just a thought.

i have done both separately (didnt have the naq to train anything before turn change)
though still no noticeable increase
EDIT: and none after training miners+turn change

ive only been back for 3 turns, and i already am in a house apparently

All active alliance members have had their natural banking capacity increased by 1 percent, at a cost of 2,000,000,000 from the alliance bank.

I'm guessing VAC'd accounts don't count as active and therefore don't benefit from bank upgrades.

I thought vac'd accounts did count toward army size for voting...

yup and its the persons choice to remove their Account temp from the game why should they get upgrades done to their acc while they do this ???

well cos at the time i vac'd it wasnt a planned thing (to increase alliance bank)
and as SS and most of HVE know, im doing my final school exams in 5 weeks time, so ive taken some time off to study
