Anyway, welcome to the forums. After 6 years the bar is STILL being built, and I think I noticed Forum literally stamping it into the adminteam again that alcohol isn't allowed as long as minors visit those forums. Still no luck

The bar is built... in a safely controlled environment... (the admin section)
You blue mods have access to SS' refrigerator... and whatever, um... stuff he's put in there...
There is some black market sale of beverages down in the temple as well, if you know where to look, but there is no warranty on those beverages...

In addition to what everyone else has told you, find someone who's willing to show you the ropes, and possibly be your commander in game.

That's what I have been doing for a number of players- got a number now ascending or on verge of ascending plus some nice growth- I give benefits to players who reach (easyish) target goals for the week.
