Proxy?

Looking for a way to get around this blocker. My old way of translating english to english or something to english don't work anymore. And they block the word proxy. So give me somethin to fix this, I tried using google's cache for sites. I thought it work I got onto proxy site. Put in link and poof no worky, its blocked 
This computer isn't suppose to be block. But I hear it happens once in awhile so be nice to do somethin during breaks. Like use my account on gatewars. But since blocker blocks this site too.
