The monitor of Lord Harchester ships lights up. In front is Lord Vishnu.
“Vishnu, I am here to discuss a proposal”

Next moment there was a flash of light and Harchester and his first prime was in front of Vishnu. Vishnu looked surprised that Harchester had asgard beaming technology, but that was for another day.
“Kree Jaffa, Shel’tek”
The hatak hums into life and an hyperspace window opens and the hatak sets off.
“Lord Harchester, I have prepared a quarters for you to rest whilst we travel to the High Council Chambers”
“Very good”
A jaffa comes over “My lord, follow me and I will escort you to your quarters.
It took a full 10 minutes of walking to Harchesters quarters.
Harchester turns to his first prime “Inform me when we have arrived at the destination”
“My lord”
3 hours later, Harchesters first prime informs him that they have arrived at the destination.
A while later, Harchester, his first prime and Vishnu and Tar-Nu ring aboard a tel’tak and travel to the space station
(Designated that the space station, no MS may encroach within 1 light year and all parties must travel by tel’tak and have only there first primes)
The space station loomed up in front of the teltac. Vishnu, Harchester and both primes went to the ring room and ringed into the space station.
As they entered into the large chambers, a Jaffa announced their arrival.
“Lord Vishnu and Lord Harchester” Both walked in. Only Lord WhereUB was present with his trusty first prime at his side. Lord Locke was on a mission, Lord Odji off somewhere fighting, Lord Arkangel busy.
All three sat down.
Harchester started. “I propose, after discussion with some of our lords that we need to develop the smaller under lords, and those other Goauld and species that we can implant to become a greater fighting force. Currently, only those System lords with large domains and of sufficient standing are in the Ricos Warlords. We need to capture any other Goauld lord who could potentially be developed into a new system lord, to continue our dominance of the other races.
“Who will lead this”? asked WhereUB
“I will to start it off. Then It can be given to those who wish to serve”
“What is the proposed make up of the training alliance” asked Vishnu
“Currently, Snipes, Moses, Selth, Demise, Pug, Heru_Ur as system lords with any new recruits, in which we potentially have 2. So what say you”?
Lord Vishnu nodded, WhereUB put his hand up for a go.
Harchester smiled. Nothing more than breaking in new Goauld lords
