I had a broker set up with 93t naq on the line, came home slightly late and expected to see the naq on the recovery tab in the Broker.
And instead what i saw was bunch of attacks and all the naq lost.

Now I havent played actively in ages, but I havent seen any update that nullified the previously mentioned one where you have a period of 12h to recover the naq should the broker not be accepted, in this case was the opposite.

If this is a bug, as last time my broker wasnt accepted it had 12h security on it, and thats quite a big chunk of naq loss for me.

PS: where can I find the email address from the Admin to email it to them so they can take a look into this?

Email not solvable by support or game admin will be forwarded here as well, so please do not send directly here unless it meets the above criteria.

If multiple emails (over a reasonable time) have gone unanswered, something is really time sensitive, or otherwise REALLY urgent, you can use this email address. Examples would be account hacked; huge bug; site down; etc.

It was nice mate, didn't want to get it if its through a bug tho, hope you get it sorted.

I hate to tell you this, it's always been that way.

If the broker expires the naq goes into the open.

if the broker is rejected you get 700 minutes

If the broker is rejected you get 700minutes EXCEPT where that would go over the expiry time and thus the naq goes into the open.

I had this happen a little while back to me with UU.

Can confirm. It has always been like this (have been a few lobbies to get that introduced). Expired brokers will go into the open, if you don't have the bank space. Expired UU brokers always into the open.

actualy it goes to the open once turn change happens i just had this done with mine i was lucky i had 169 mil uu and 30t naq but i was online to get rid of it i have the screen shots but i dont know how to load them
