I hear from several people that they still can attack while being phased, while I can't attack while being phased - and some others can't either. So, what's the weird bug here???!

Can they say they can to? Are you able to replicate it some how and provide some screen shot? Like try attacking, show they are phased, and then show them attacking you in another screen shot, then 1 last one showing you not being able to attack back?

Nox does not work against someone that you declared war on.

I'm going to say it's an auto war setting thing.

If you are phased, even if they have war set to you, you can still attack through your being phased?

That's the funny thing... for example, Mikgamer managed to attack away yesterday at TL - I tried to sab him but got the phased message while he kept attacking - while I got phased yesterday by Forsee while at war/war, and I couldn't attack further at anyone. Also, I heard from others in TL that they normally could attack too.

Sabbing phased is different from attacking phased...
You can be covert phased and not be nox phased

As was said. Covert Phase is not the same as Nox Phase (for attacking)

Re-opened it since I've got a question... I got the standard 'too much damage agains realm'-message, not the 'too much going on so even your sources know about it'-message... unless covert phasing has become the same message as the standard Nox-message?

If you were attacking you get the to much damage message. If you were sabotaging, you get the to much covert activity response. Or am i misunderstanding what your asking

Yes.... I want to stop someone from attacking, but I tried to sabotage them. But instead of the 'There has been so much actions against that realm that even your sources know about it'-message, I got the 'This realm is trying to recover from devastating damage'-message. That is what confounded me and makes me think admins coding is wrong at half of the accounts or so. Since as far as I know the first message is for covert phased and the second for Nox-phased, but somehow when trying to sab I got the second message
