Question about Sig Limit

So.. I got this message

Your signature is over the 450 pixel limit.

f. Signatures.
Signatures may not exceed 450 pixels in total height...
This means that you have 450 pixels to fill with pretty much anything (that follows normal forum rules)

And the only problem I have is that because I have a Rotator sig, only 1 of the sigs in that rotation breaks the pixel limit (which I have removed now from the rotation), so I was just asking for comfirmation about whether the 1 sig in the rotator would be breaking the rule, as it would only be there 1 in 4 time of it popping up at the moment and would be less frequent with the more sigs I put into the rotator..

Just want a confirmation on this rule :)

it is the job of the user, when choosing signature, to ensure that the sig will not be taller than 450 pixels, at any time. Should the signature exceed this limit, the administrators will notify the user, and possibly alter the signature, per the system described in the rules.
