New Alliance ppt Bug

Hit the alliance ppt option when trying to alliance repair not long ago, meh what can you do, and while it charged us a ppt use we didn't get a ppt...

Occured a couple minutes before GameTime: Oct01 - 04:00.37
lliance members, over 5 days in the alliance, have been given an (additional) Hour of Protection, up to a game maximum of 48 Hours, at a cost of 4,000,000,000 from the alliance bank.
You have used X of a max of 12 weekly hours of alliance PPT.
