I reported it via post report feature,

then realized perhaps it should go here...

Please remove his avatar about peeing on Romania...

and, um, please don't buy his naq...

He's a Romanian - as another Romanian, I can sometimes empathize with the feeling . I'll admit it's rather out of place, but I don't think it breaks any rules.
And I'm sure the last bit is just an innocent joke, right?

The avy is a bit vulgar, but if one must voice himself as such against us Romanians, being a Romanian I guess its OK...
