Cant log onto ascended or quantum

hi all

just bulit a new pc for myself yesterday and all is well except....
it wount let me log into quantum of ascended, main is fine and worke everytime but the other 2 just say i must have cookies enabled.

ive been into my options and lowered all the privacy to low so it should be working but still nothing.
sure im just being dense and its gonna be something small but cant for the life of me think what.

any ideas?
