I have more information on you and Deathance, i am giving you the benefit of the doubt.

I have sent you several emails, PMs. I want you to give me my account back, Or i will release certain conversations that will see you get banned and lose everything.

lol we are here is the situation we both paid for a account i baught this and sold it to deathance who never paid me for it i was suposed to recive 300$ but didnt and what he did was sold it to apostle who i am thinking is also deathance and if you are curious why then ask so i went to admin and told them and they gave me my account back and sent apostel email and waited a week for him to respond and if he did they may have to give it back but after a week he did not so i was off the hook till now......

basically we both got scrwed i currently have account and he wants it back but i dont want to give it back i lost more $$$ but i have a conscience so i will see how it plays out but it dont help he has been an ass to me

MSN with a mediator would be a better place for such a discussion rather than forum - you could ask one of the forum's onbudsman's or someone in the game that ye both mutually trust/respect to be a mediator in the matter and see if ye two with his help can resolve this in a civil and benificial manner for both parties

If needs be - ye can post the convo on the forum if you feel it necessary for transparency and as a place of reference where it cant be tampered without someone noticing (assuming the talks dont resolve anything of course )

Im in bed on a phone with wap so I cant see my MSN at the mo..... but off the top of my head I am not sure what or who you could use for this. Remember:

- Admin or Company is not liable for Accounts wheeling and dealing so admin probably wont help out
- The onbudsman for the forum usually resolves disputes related to forum content but since this is now here they might help even though it is not in thier remit to help with disputes like this
- You could always ask a mod either but again its not in thier remit either since its a external trade

Mods and Onbudsmen deal with matters impartially for the most part so they might be a more reliable source for a mediator

I am not sure....depends on teh juristiction you are in and what process he could use if hes considering it:

- the amount is important
- process like small claims court
- any reciept of transaction
- verbal or written aggreement

and otehr mitigating factors...dont worry - ye wont get locked up for it but he could get awarded the costs so to speak - im no legal expert

I didnt say legal action, i said i would take it further, by showing certain coversations you had with a certain someone else.

I did however threaten Deathance with legal action....So i assume you have been talking to him?
