980k raw was last year so it must be about 1.3-2mil by now

I used to have 2.4 Mill total UP but I know that's not the biggest. Ask High Empty what his UP was before 2 of his duals went missing and you'll have your answer

Still pretty high at 2.9 mil (+officers and setting self as co)
The biggest possible you might see is 1 mil Raw + 10 500k UP planets, giving them 6 mil + officers, however having 500k UP planets means you are risking a lot in something easily steal-able.
