Ok so a member of the alliance Im in was massed by ArchAngel Lucifer then he sent my member a pm stating
"you have 2 options. either A) you pay me 1k AT in tribute to set neutral between us. or i will smash everyting you have into the ground. your choice. you have 24 hours. "
When I herd about this I pm'ed archangel this
Hi there I beleave you have told a member of my alliance(shadowsoul) that you will annihilate him if he doesnt pay you 1k attack turns. If this is true I would appreicate it if you would appoligise to him and leave him alone, if you dont I will report you to admin on main for being a scammer/blackmailer.

its called an extortionist. and they dont care. but the offer is withdrawn nonetheless. Prepare your alliance for war. Meet you on the battlefields. may my Tare Army come out Victorious.

Best thing to do is to turn farm his economy off ppt thus killing all income off ppt and also raid him clean of every bit off UU while massing/sabbing whats left of his stats then
That basic tactic tends to send the message home

I have to give Lucy that. He does have something built every so often, however it's on a low covert level and doesn't last very long with how many people he is "at war" with.
