Ascended CO and Non-Ascended Officer Relations
Part 1.
Officer to CO. This shows the enhancement bonus a non-ascended officer will provide to an ascended CO.
Part 2.
CO to officer. Will show the benefits that an ascended CO will provide to his/her officer.
Part 3.
Modification to non-ascended unique technology.
Non Ascended Officers
-Give
--UP boost (as currently implemented)
--Single Stat boost (same way as planets)
---Single Stat is dependent on Race Personality.
----Exploiter = Income or Attack/Defense/Covert
----Protectionist = Defense
----Invasive = Covert
----Aggressive = Attack
Improvement Details
-Single Stat boost to CO
--Linked to the number of ascensions
---number of ascensions + number of ascensions/2 = maximum % bonus each officer can provide
---23 + 23/2 = 34.5% of the raw stat.
---for every 100 billion raw power, each officer can only provide 34.5 billion power.
---raw power = power before any planets.
--Possible Exploiter change:
---divide the max by 3 with 1/3 going to attack, 1/3 to defense, 1/3 to Covert/AC
---seems redundant for a CO to give income boost only to receive one back
--Example:
An unknown has a raw covert power of 1 trillion. He has one officer with an invasive personality, that has covert power of 500billion. The unknown would then have 1.345 Trillion covert power.
Descension
-Ascended CO loses
--Ability to receive Single Stat boost from officers
--For as long as the Ascended poses the Descended in title.
Closing Comments
Overall, this allows non-ascended officers to function similarly to dual up planets by providing both an up bonus and a stat bonus.
Since a non-ascended have a linear cost (an extra 100bil power costs the same as the next 100bil) the max % is adjusted to be 34.5% (fully ascended), roughly 1/3 instead of 1/2.
Although, this bonus is good, currently non ascended accounts would not really have the ability to effectively maintain stats for their ascended CO. Now, as an ascended CO, losing power bonus so easily and having officers take such horrific losses, is not only embarrassing, but insulting, not to mention the loss of power available to yourself. So you decide you should give the officers a few bonuses to make them stronger, and thus yourself stronger.
