Attack list not populated

This started today when an alliance list wasn't populated when i clicked on it. Now it has spread to the entire server. When I click attack in my main menu it returns nothing. Kinda hard to play the game with no returns ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall")
