Hey everyone,
As the title says ~Tristan~ is rank 0 and i was able to still go in and mass his def and sab him....not sure if he was trying to hit vac mode and it screwed up on him or what not....

he can also attack being rank 0....
he stole a planet from me while being rank 0 :S

Did he ascend? Because that would make him Rank 0 and still active.

if he did then he has been rank 0 for the last 2-3 turns
