correct me if i´m wrong but i think it actually works the way its intended
from the unascended races only only goauld could use the bank feefree
while every ascended being can use it feefree aswell
think this is intended

what if zeek got brokered for 100t? the 2% makes sense then as SJ said 2% screwed
