How do I get more troops?

I am playing as the Goauld and I would like to know how can I get more troops to fight with? I have a lot of troops and I need to know how to create more of them?
2. And my second questions is how can I defend my base? I have no idea but I would like to know how can I defend it when someone attacks me.

unit production , makes them for youself, at your base .
or raiding other accounts steals them for you to train
(setting war gets more per 15)

you need to train either "defenders" or "super defenders" (a stronger defender than "defenders")
and then go to the armory to buy weapons for the "defenders" or "super defenders"

unit production on the training section , just add naq to it
and u get naq from the attack section from attacking other poeple

Yeah but how do I get more through the training thing I see current unit production is that how you train units? I think I need a guide on how to figure this out.

ok , once you have upgraded you will receive more units every turn change which is shown on the side of the screen (every 30 mins )
but ill send you some to get you started
, and maybe supersaiyen will to

Ok thanks do you have to arm the troops with wepons? and so how do you do that? and how do I make them better trained?
