Well for the first time in all my time in GW did i have a plan on when i ppt and so on.

And since i never had that did i today find out that where the server is do they not change to winter time same time as they do where i live.

So yes set the clock 1 hour back. What i didn't know was the server did not so when i logged in on time to renew my ppt i see that it had ended and i was farmed fair and squar.

DAMN i hate this lol couldn't someone have told me huh?

For those ignorant Americans, it depends on the country whether their clock takes summer/winter time in consideration or not, each country decides that for themselves.
But ya I agree, it sucks when it changes. I have always been late for our handball matches due to that Although looking at a grander scale it is good.

i think game time never changes anyway with daylight savings (don't go forward in summer don't go back in winter) guess we'll find out next weekend

and you really shouldn't count on getting online dead on the turn you drop always log on a few hours before if you have time and bank

@ Cardinal the clock does change, I live where there is no day light savings *dances* and noticed it changed before

As per my personal understanding of Admin Jason's promise:


That if the game / server goes offline for three consecutive hours,
we are guaranteed a PPT, and also...

That there won't be any PPT unless the game is having issues for at least three hours...


I do my darnedest to log in to my account at least three hours before the end of any and all PPTs...


but thank you, Nimras, for the reminder...

Next week, I'll make it four to five hours.

The game clock is set to the server time of the West Coast of the US/Canada which atm is PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) and next weekend it will also change back to PST (Pacific Standard Time) as the server clock will change by an hour

Yes I live in one of the European countries where we do change time.

And even though we changed it an hour back we're still in the future since you're still a few hours behind us

Lol i always log in death on the clock when my ppt has 30 minuts left. Especially when i have a bussy day as i had yesterday.

Lol to bad i never notised about this issue lol.
