What about on an odd occasion that one becomes double power in every stat?

Yea mix up the mutation with it varying between a doubling factor and a halving factor for each stat including Army size...This should apply to all clones as cloning is not a safe and stable science yet

okay so last clone of the era happens to get quad increase.....
id rather the clones keep an "eye" out for insanely large ammounts of naq out in the open and they try to take it
